This online course, based on IMO Model Course 1.41, will equip crew members and maritime personnel with the essential skills to manage passenger safety and control crowds during emergencies on passenger vessels. You’ll learn how to:
- Control passenger crowds in emergency situations
- Locate and use critical safety and emergency equipment
- Communicate effectively with passengers under stress
- Assist with mustering and organized evacuation procedures
The course follows international STCW A-V/2 standards and features interactive modules and realistic scenarios.
